LayBy

LayBy is available for any original artwork or print on a 25% first payment and 3 further equal payments basis, on the completion of a LayBy Agreement between Gallery 68 and you, the customer. LayBy artworks must be fully paid for before being collected/delivered (delivery charges apply) by the final date as per your LayBy Agreement.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your artwork. On completion of the standard LayBy Agreement, your original artwork or print will be held in reserve until we have received your final payment. Upon final payment being received, you will be contacted to arrange collection or delivery (delivery charges apply).

Payments are to be made as per your signed LayBy Agreement and can be made in the gallery or via bank transfer. Bank details will be listed on your LayBay Agreement and you must use your Agreement number and surname in your transfer description. Automatic billing by credit card can also be set up via our payment provider Square.

Canceling your LayBy Agreement is possible. Cancellation must occur after receipt of your 25% desposit but before your make your first equal payment. If you cancel within the required timeframe you will receive a refund paid by your original payment method. Cancellation Fees: If your Agreement is cancelled within the required timeframe, your deposit will be refunded in full via your the original payment method. If you cancel your Agreement after you have begun to make your equal payments, a 40% administration fee is payable. 40% of the payments received, will be deducted before the refund of your remaining sum. Cancellation fees are payable due to the reserving of the original artwork or print and removing from sale at the time of the LayBy Agreement being completed and signed.

LayBy is available on original artworks, prints and bespoke side and coffee tables. Gift Certificates cannot be used for LayBy.

Upon receipt of your final payment, we will contact you to arrange collection or shipping (shipping charges apply) of your chosen artwork.

Your information is collected for the purpose of processing your LayBy Agreement only and is not used by or sold to 3rd parties. You can view our full Privacy Policy on our Terms and Conditions page.

Customers must accept and agree to our LayBy Standard Terms by accepting and signing a LayBy Agreement.

If you wish to open a LayBy Agreement, please complete the form below and include your chosen artwork, full name and contact details. If you wish to purchase a print, please provide the following information: Print name Size Format - paper, canvas, metal etc Framed (frame type & colour) or no framing We will then forward a LayBy Agreement for you to complete, or you can download and print an Agreement and return via email to info@gallery68.co.uk Once we have processed your Agreement, we will forward an invoice for the 25% required deposit. A recurring payment by credit card can be arranged or you can pay via bank transfer each month of your Agreement.
